Yeah, I've been having a similar problem here in TN. I receive duplicate messages, If I send a message, the recipient sometimes does not get it. If I send a message over 160 characters and it is split, the recipient gets either the first or second half, but lately the full message. Sometimes messages that I have sent are resent days later and repeatedly. Its happening on my TP2, my wife's LG and my son's samsung so my guess is that it is not phone related.
