I called them back today to reactivate my old phone since its prittier and not refurbashed like the one I just bought

The lady I talked to today was RTDED
she didnt even know what a SERO plan was cause she was trying to get me to upgrade from my current plan

She didnt understand half the things I told her.

I knew more about all this crap then she did lol

I hate getting reps that are dumber than u or me. one time I got one that was trying to tell me to be satisfied with the speeds I'm getting. "well what are u getting and what's normal?" "at 100k everything should work properly it'll just take a bit longer, any errors ur getting may be an issue with ur phone" "as for YouTube and Netflix they should work but it has to buffer, nothing is instant when streaming" I know it supposed to buffer but not every 2 seconds that's ridiculous. even with the 1X I was getting in a central IL deadzone I was able to listen to Zune music without interruption which is something I can't do on Ev in my hometown and that's bad.

my phone doesnt even switch to 1x. Im always on ev.
And befor thees issues started, I had absolutly no issues. I used to stream vids and music from youtube and pandora like nothing else.

My pandora via android port neverbuffered.
And my videos, some would be up to an hours length, would only take like 10 seconds to buffer.

I cant to anything anmore with this internet connection.

And I drive back and forth between 2 places all week that are about an hour or so apart.

When in austin, my data sucks, and is very hit an miss.
When Im home, I have no data.

But it never changes from ev. When travling between the 2 areas today I was able to download a 45mb file and listen to pandora at the same time.

but that was whn between the 2 cities Im always at.

I cant do that at all when in the cities I spend my time in

But the lady I talked to didnt even know that sero exsisted, she tried to get me to upgrade to the anything plan for 70 bucks a month and I was like
"heeeeeell no. IF, and I say IF because I dont want to upgrade right now, especially if I dont get service now on 3g, why the hell would I want to get a 4g phone that will most lickly run 3g anyway? Theres no point in paying almost double my contract for the same crappy and absent connections in my area. And I also say IF because I am not an average customer. I have had SERO for almost 10 years now, theres no way in hell Im going to upgrade out of a sero contract. The last 30 people Ive talked to told me Id get Sero permium plus data.
So stop offering me an upgrade and tell me that it would fix my issues. Im not stupid and Im not calling you to discuss my account. I called because I have an issue, now either address it or transfer me to someone who can help me"

She was asking me dumbquestions, telling me that I lived an hour away from where my call was comming from (for whatever reason she kept saying I lived in lampasses tx when I told her about 10 times that was not my address)

She kept saying I understand the frustration.. but if the local store siad blahblahblah

But I kept telling her that the local store didnt not help me and that I had never gone in to the local store. All my issues were by phone or chatt.

It was very aggrivating... She didnt even know what I was talking about when I told her I had already tried a ##3282# and a ##786# on both of my phones... and then she kept asking why I had 2 phones when my account only showed one... F..M..L...

And when I say she kept saying or asking.. I mean she litterally repeated wrong information throughout the conversation
