Bing GPS is not working, please help, urgent - Page 4

It always made a difference on my TP and TP2... You should run it as a routine every few weeks just to make sure you're up to date.

That is true! Even though the 'automatic updates' is ticked, sometimes it does not! Anyone else having this issue, or does this cook need to return to the kitchen?

That was always an issue, but I always flashed more than once a week so it never was a problem for me. I did find a post in NRG thread HERE, where PPCFreak wrote a mort script to do the updating.

Thanks for the credit but it was a mortscript written by someone else.

The script is tagged with user SIKES. That is where the credit goes.

Bing workin great here. I always have QuickGPS remind me that it needs updating. Then update manually. In my experience the auto update thing causes problems or gets screwed up sometimes.

OP I think you need to make sure you completely uninstall bing then soft reset then reinstall it then soft reset again then try it.

I have found that the default "intermediate GPS device" in the settings is not always the best choice. Changing to COM 4 always seems to work good for me.

does changing to COM4 help with the GPS lag?
