Bing workin great here. I always have QuickGPS remind me that it needs updating. Then update manually. In my experience the auto update thing causes problems or gets screwed up sometimes.

OP I think you need to make sure you completely uninstall bing then soft reset then reinstall it then soft reset again then try it.
