Ok i flashed to Nega's wp7 rom and still won't charge with wall charger when phone is on only with usb but will charge with wall charger when off on running android? Any more ideas? Thanks

Yes there was a thread about the nuebat driver having issues when cooked into rom.
It was mainly the non-HTC chargers

BUT, I have noticed that nuebattery driver works best,
if installed only thru Nuebattery cab,
which then gives you options settings to select,
and then I select all the options.
Then the driver in that cab works without charging issues.
It will only fast charge if selected as one of the options.

I like mainly option to "Disable low-power shutdown",
that lets me run battery all way down to zero and still be functional with data/text.
Without it the TP2 will shut down phone service at low batt.
So my phone will stay alive longer.
