Yes there was a thread about the nuebat driver having issues when cooked into rom.
It was mainly the non-HTC chargers

BUT, I have noticed that nuebattery driver works best,
if installed only thru Nuebattery cab,
which then gives you options settings to select,
and then I select all the options.
Then the driver in that cab works without charging issues.
It will only fast charge if selected as one of the options.

I like mainly option to "Disable low-power shutdown",
that lets me run battery all way down to zero and still be functional with data/text.
Without it the TP2 will shut down phone service at low batt.
So my phone will stay alive longer.
