TP2: 116 x 60 x 17mm Galaxy S: 122 x 64 x 10mm The Galaxy S essentially just extended the screen onto the spot where TP2's slide zoom bar is located. Same resolution, but obviously AMOLED is a much more rich display, and it's capacitive. Other than that, the 1Ghz Snapdragon was the only thing I felt I was missing out on. |

Re: what about the galaxy?
ditto here - I think it was a Sammy fascinate and I was impressed with how smooth and responsive it was...

Lynux runs great on a pc too... Android is very "light" and as such... Will be smooth.
I played with it too and I loved the screen. Other than that... I was very MEH. But that's jsut me. p. |

I'm waiting for the big-clock-that-ties-up-one-third-of-your-screen fad to go away... |

Re: what about the galaxy?

Yeah... I'm glad Microsoft said no to HTC Sense. It would have taken up much space and probably system resources. I like it on my TP2 cuz everything is at reach. But that clock is a bit much. I have to run all the crystal mods. p. |

EDIT: correction - now not using any CHT clock. Using Battclock 3.1.0 so grid is 4 col x 5 rows. Last edited by Kris443; 10-19-2010 at 08:05 PM. |
