Need Help Flashing Sprint RHOD400

A friend of mine help me flashed it months ago, I was able to use it for AT&T. but the OS he flashed has time bomb which keep give me a white screen with beta end message, I cannot find him now, so I try to reflash it myself by follow the instructions I found in this site.

This is what it says when I entered the bootloader menu:

I flash through the USB cable and tried so many different ROMs, but the phone stays on TouchPro 2 screen afte flashing. What did I do wrong?

Which ROM should I use for this phone and what is the proper way to flash it?
