I only use google exchange so I can't vouch for the function but I use and am very happy with the app.

actually this is an app to control the built in lock. ANY option you want relating to power/connectivity/lock is in there. unfortunately that makes it hard to organize and explain all the options. (esp when English is not 1st lang. lol ) I did hunt down the option for you. during one of the revisions he added the ability to set any policy options, so what you need is quoted here

6.18 is out which includes:

- A new way of updating policies.
A new option 'Policies Options' has been added in the setup program. This screen allows the user to view the current security policies (from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies registry key) and their values.
Also after selecting a policy the user can set the value that the policy should always be reset to (Enter the value in the Reset To textbox and then Save). This policy will then be monitored and have its value reset to the defined one.
Monitored policies have the symbol '>' in-front of them.

This option replaces the 'Reset Exchange Server Policy' which has been removed.
The policy number that related to this option, is 00001023 so you may set the Reset To value to 1.
Please be careful with the policies as they can create 'unwanted effects' ...
I can't say 100% that it will prevent the one at startup, however you could just program this app to punch in the pin everytime you want it to unlock.

Just so you know HTC_CM_GUARDIAN cant just, be erased... itll keep coming back.. people who convert to MetroPcs know all about this.. a dummy file has to be put in its place inorder for it not to come back after a reset..

not that it helps the OP, just making a correction

Wirelessly posted (htc Pocket PC: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint MP6950SP)

I think the solution would be to use a locking app like pocketshield or s2u2 and set it so it doesn't autorun at startup. Then when you are not going to be using it for a while manually activate the lock.

Re: disable windows lock on startup

this is what I did and it worked.
Enable/Disable Exchange Security Policy

Registry Key: HKLM\Security\Policies\00001023
To enable it: Set value to 0
To disable it: Set value to 1
