Re: Change ROM back to stock before going to sprint store?

In my experience for repairs you are always going to get the best experience from a Sprint Corp store rather than a autorized retailer. The retailers only make money off you if they sell you a new phone or a upgrade to your plan. There is nothing in it for them if you get your phone fixed or replaced.

I have had 5 TP1's and 3 TP2's and never once have never re-locked my phone when taking it in for service. The first troubleshooting step for 99% of issues it for them to do a hard reset, and try again. So I always backup and flash to stock.

Re: Change ROM back to stock before going to sprint store?

Update: They gave me brand new phone!!! But they took some of the accessories from the box, but I did get a brand new phone! Awesome service at the Sprint Corp. store @ downtown LA.

Re: Change ROM back to stock before going to sprint store?

How do I switch it back. I have been looking around and I can not find the ROM.

I have the Mr. X ROM 2.5 and th 2.520132227.0_Lite Manila ver.

When someone calls or when I make a call, I can't hear anyone. i used to only be able to hear with the keyboard in the out position, but now I cannot hear anyone. no dial tone, nothing. Need to take it in.

Re: Change ROM back to stock before going to sprint store?

I initially used the RhondiumW 2.5 release.exe, is this the same one or is there a different one to relock it after I put the sprint ROM back on.
