They offered to exchange my TP2 for an HTC Touch. This is after I made it abundantly clear that I need Windows Mobile and a keyboard.

When I said no thanks on the Touch, the rep countered with a Blackberry device :/

that is exactly the opposite of what I found in extensive use of both Sprint & VZ.

I could have free Sprint service through our corporate account, but I pay for VZ for my personal phone.......(although I do get some huge corporate discounts)

my TP2 has broken glass. I do have insurance and was gonna wait till the Epic is out (and in stock) to see if they would give me that. I'm kind of hopeful so please no one crash my dreams : )

I just got offered the my touch and the imagio.. My touch pro 2 has that oil slick on the screen... IT would have been in warranty but somehow one of the water damage sensors went off... which i dont know how that happened.... This sucks I really would just like another TP2..

I turned in a claim on 7/21 and was told that they were just on back order. I should get mine tomorrow. I hope it is actually a TP2 and not some phone that I can't use on my SERO plan.
