I filed a claim at the beginning of the month for my wife's phone, and they sent a NIB TP2 on 7/6. Never even offered a different model, and told me up front it was NIB without me even asking.

I don't know when this policy supposedly started, but my claim went through no problem. I must have just beaten the new policy.

FWIW.

If/when I have to file another claim and they tell me I have to take an inferior phone, I'm gonna be PO'd. I'm paying $7/every month for a reason.

Anybody know if a cracked screen is the same deductable as a water damaged phone? Mine is perfect with the exeption of the crack..

Just received my phone from the claim i filed last week. They stated then that it was backordered and had no idea when it would be shipped. The phone is NIB and has a mfg date of 7/16.

they are trying to send out other phones..because they have no refurbished tp2's so its cheaper too talk you into other phone then too send a new tp2!
