Thanks for the news. i'll take extra care of mine now. I had to replace it a few months ago, but they sent a new one, not a refurb. After figuring out how to overclock it, I feel like I've got a more than decent phone now.

well i finally got my tp2 replacement in the mail yesterday. My order was placed last Wednesday, so it took a week to get it. I will say it's a NIB, which is the reason why it took so long. I'm glad to have gotten a new one, but now I feel like i'm going to have to be extra careful as if this one screws up i maybe out of luck. Hopefully it'll last for sometime, or at least until they make these SERO plans compatibility to activate others on it without a price increase!

Until then, I'll be handling this one with care! lol

I also received my new TP2 yesterday with WM6.5 already installed. Does anyone know if I still port to Android from 6.5?

the android setup is device dependent, not OS dependent... so as long as its a TP2, the same stuff works no matter what your running ie 6.1,6.5,6.5.x

FYI.. I made my claim yesterday.. recieved my brand new touch pro 2 today.. they do indeed have them in stock again..

I'm hearing more and more of that. Seemed like the week i filed my claim, we were getting a bunch of people saying otherwise and I only posted this thread due to what the Asuion rep advised me..Well, not just one rep but 2.

HOPEFULLY, they got the point of how mad this will make a lot of people and how it's not just that easy to throw us in driod phones.
