I am assuming wherever sprint has "agreements"in place....dunno about speeds. the rep just told me that i would have to add it on prior to 7/11. the add on will stay in effect however long i chose to keep it, but, once i remove it, it will no longer be an available option.

Bad news. I wonder if I will be grandfathered in since I already have the SIM. This was too good to be true....
