Re: Hey everyone-sorry to keep bugging you but ran into an issue after going back to
I'd call Verizon and just tell them you had to hard reset and now it won't make calls. They should be able to walk you through it.

Re: Hey everyone-sorry to keep bugging you but ran into an issue after going back to
are you choosing option 1 or 2,when i had this issue before i had to use option 1 to re-activate the phone,it sometimes happens when hard reseting on custom roms as well,by choosing option 1 it fixed my issue everytime, option 2 won't,don't know which you have tried but just telling you what works for me

Re: Hey everyone-sorry to keep bugging you but ran into an issue after going back to
I had this issue also when I switched back from my blackberry. I am on Sprint but some issues seem to be the same.
What I had to do was to use the ## code to get back into the phone and just re-enter all of the information that was in there already. The information will most likely be right if you have used that phone on your account before. But, for some strange reason I had to re-enter the info that was already in there. Once you do that, the phone should reboot itself and be operational but, if not give verizon a call so they can give you the ## code that you need to edit the info. Good Luck

Re: Hey everyone-sorry to keep bugging you but ran into an issue after going back to
Thanks everyone, I got it working this morning at 7:00 am and everything is good to go.
Fortunately I had backed up the phone using SPB backup before upgrading to 6.5 so once I reloaded 6.1 and got the phone activated it took me literally 3 minutes to be back where I was before upgrading (all programs, contacts etc reinstalled). |
