I flashed this device back to 6.1 (seems somewhat faster now) and I can't get the radio working when I do a *228 with Verizon. This is the refurb phone which had the MR1 update installed when I got it and right now the device is still hardspl unlocked in case I need to flash something else.

Anybody know how to get radio working again or how to check to see what radio I have and should I relock and try activating?
