Did anybody get their touch pro 2 free for touch pro via sprint advanced exchange?

I'll try this, and maybe you got this because the lady was friendly, I talked to a lady before and she was pretty nice, I got the PRO Pack, unlimited data and texting for $20! So maybe its the person, not the system!

that's really what it's about, that's why i gave the linky . 3,000 different stories..same result! if you call and don't get it, be polite, hang up, call right back. i still say take it in, because the phone reps will keep telling you the warehouse is out. if you go in the store and they bump you up, you get it the very next day..or 2-3 days after that!

After getting 2 replacements through the online advanced exchange I ended up getting a refurb that was worse than the previous 2 I took it into the store the same day i got it and they ordered me a tp2 without question and without even looking at my tp. The guy told me they had a list of replacement phones but he recomended the tp2. So I think your best bet is going to the store because I don't even think they bother with giving out the tp anymore. It is amazing how much better the tp2 is in almost every respect than the tp.

umm, is there something wrong with your phone?? i have a thread in the tp1 forum thats gotten tons and tons of people free upgrades into tp2s
