I also like looking at TM on the fly. Im getting used to using the tab tho. The rom has not slowed down. I have noticed that people have called me and it did not appear but it rang .

I found a cab on xda which put the tastmanager back. I have attached it here. I also had to call verizon to re-authenticate my phone, wasn't able to make calls with it. But everything is working now.

Flash back to mr1 rom, then run relocker, then run mr2 update

from what im reading.. relocking your phone isnt necessary, seems it's a bad build from VZ, if you can take it apart and replace it with actual older vz .dll.. seems they pushed it out without complete testing

Yep it seems so as I have seen reports across the web of users having issues whether phone is locked or unlocked. I want to try it but I will wait until they get the bugs fixed in the download. Currently loving my VIN Plutonium Cookie ROM anyway so I can wait as VIN has out done himself on this one for sure, but now I would like the new radio but either way glad VZW finally got a build with sense 2.5 working if they could only have 6.5.x I would be more likely to do the upgrade lol lol, but hey I can wish lol lol
