Yep it seems so as I have seen reports across the web of users having issues whether phone is locked or unlocked. I want to try it but I will wait until they get the bugs fixed in the download. Currently loving my VIN Plutonium Cookie ROM anyway so I can wait as VIN has out done himself on this one for sure, but now I would like the new radio but either way glad VZW finally got a build with sense 2.5 working if they could only have 6.5.x I would be more likely to do the upgrade lol lol, but hey I can wish lol lol
