3g connection issues abroad.

I have a verizon TP2 Running a custom Rom (Blackout 4/20). No problem at all Back in the US but now I am Traveling in Europe. I had called verizon before I left and had them add the international access. Now in Dublin Ireland, Connected to Vodaphone. Calls in and out work fine but can not connect to 3g. Called verizon support and they cant figure out why. Any of you wizards have any suggestions? Everytime Phone tries to connect the error is "Cannot connect for unknown reason".
