Re: What phones will you be swtich to from the TP2?

now...on to the incredible - i agree with an earlier poster about microsoft's OSs (winmo, windows phone 7, etc) eventually going the way of the dodo bird (and android rising to the top). but my only concern about the incredible - as amazing as it seems to be - is the lack of a qwerty keyboard. i use my verizon tp2 for work and send out and AVERAGE of 50-75 emails a day on this thing. can any indredible owners out there who use that device as i use my tp2 honestly say they DON'T miss the physical keyboard? if you don't, please elaborate...i honestly one day might just switch over to a non-querty device...but i need to know i won't want to poke my eyes out with a tp2 sytlus out of "email composing frustration" |

Exactly. I watch Sling Mobile, listen to Sirius Radio, use the TV out every day, text, DL & Watch movies, listen to music, use GPS, edit/read Word docs etc etc etc etc (I even talk on the thing occasionally) Please explain to me what I'm "missing out on"........ My TP2 currently does a handful of things no Android phone can do yet..... ~John |

Re: What phones will you be swtich to from the TP2?
The best option for me would be to get the HD2, then I can run WinMo6 and potentially 7 and Android. Just like the desktop, I like the idea of multi-OS.
I would like to get the EVO, but I don't think anyone will port WinMo to it which defeats the point of getting an Android phone. |

I think I could live without the hardware KB as I hardly ever use it anyway (I use TouchPal 3.5). A guy I work with bought an Incredible last week however & he is seriously thinking of returning it & going back to his TP2 as he HATES not having that KB........ ~John |

Re: What phones will you be swtich to from the TP2?
i am torn. i've lied to myself and said that i WILL get the evo 4g. however, i am looking forward to wm 7 and the heavy zune/xbox integration. i wanted the zune hd but after hearing that it will be incorporated into the phone i've also told myself that i WILL get a wm 7 phone.
I don't know........ |
