make it easy on yourself and claim it as lost. the phone will become bad esn. and you dont have to send it back. you have to pay the deductable regardless. also you will have one laying around if you need spare parts like a speaker or microphone etc.

wrong!! metropcs can activate devices with lost/stolen blocks all day.. Houdini doesnt play around apparently lol

UR good man...I've sent 3 phones back to Asurion with no problem...I only flashed back to stock once..I had the same issue as u (broken screen) but they sent me a "certified like new" (refurb) phone.
