Re: Sprint Total Equipment Protection (TEP) = ERP + ESRP

This threadn appears to have less to do with the TP2 as does with Sprint. Perhaps the carrier forums would be a better spot?

Re: Sprint Total Equipment Protection (TEP) = ERP + ESRP

I've never had insurance on any phone I've had because whenever I've had a problem with the phone I just take it to a store and they'll fix it for free. They actually fixed my TP1 about 3 times for free before they gave me a free TP2. BTW this is all with the 1 year warranty. I haven't paid for any repairs or a new phone since I got my first one. Sprint's service is amazing if you ask me. I am having some hardware problems with my TP2, so I'll probably take it in sometime in October since that's when the warranty expires (if the phone works that long).

Is this Sprint repair center or third party location (ASC)? What kind of problems prompted the repairs?

Regular Sprint repair store. Mostly had issues with hardware buttons. Just be nice and ask if it can be fixed.
