Re: Sprint Total Equipment Protection (TEP) = ERP + ESRP
I had sent my previous phone for repair to HTC. The repair address is NY not Taiwan. They gave me an estimate th every next day and shipped the unrepaired phone back in 4-5 B days.

Re: Sprint Total Equipment Protection (TEP) = ERP + ESRP
well if it works for you, then dont get the extra insurance. im not dealin with amex just to get a phone replaced. btw, htc has no repair centers in the us. the key words in your post were they sent the unrepaired phone back.thats what usually happens. they deem it user caused. if it needed work, they wouldve sent it to taiwan and thats where it would ship back from. the htc us campus is strictly tech support and not repair. also, if amex gave me 400 dollars, that wouldnt buy a new tp2 as at sprint, they are still 599 or whatever. i cant count how many times my tp1 was serviced at sprint. if i had to deal with mailin it to htc or my cc company, i prolly just wouldve stabbed myself in the eye with a pencil.
