You are lucky. Mine almost bricked running Sprite Backup. At least your OS survived. I am into a reinstall. If you come up with a solution, suggest it please.

It is not the cab. It is the overclock app.

If you still have problems for sleep, try this cab:

Ran fixSODcab and power settings 30sec and 3min. App set to 710, 528 and poll at 150. Still SOD on first sleep.

howabout try polling at default 200 and instead of 528, the 604 that is the safe overclock.
If not I bet another rom or a fresh hard reset (after backing up of course) would do it.
I believe so because you can overclock to 710...

I have been able to overclock up to 768 without issue, all running well (and fast) but my problem is when I turn the screen off, no matter what setting it doesn't wake up..
I am also coming from a hardreset, saturday when I started trying to run overclock app.
My only other option is wait to see if newer versions fix anything..
Don't want a ROM change, I am totally happy with what I'm running: a1 ROM_23517 stripped Titanium with my personal touches...

Ive tried everything above 700mhz and nothing works, I dont get SOD when phone goes to sleep, but i do get SOD when i'm in a call and the proximity sensor turns the screen off, when I take the phone away from my ear the screen stays off and i have to press the reset button. I have it on 633 right now and it did it once but not every time i get a call.

Are you using the script or the program? IMHO the script is much more stable.

Try running our script instead. SetCpuSpeed only throttle based on screen on/off. The script throttles based on screen on/off, phone call status, and lockscreen status.
