Offical Bugs List with Sprint Touch Pro 2 - WinMob. 6.5 Update - Page 17

I downloaded Sprint's Official WM6.5 and installed early Saturday morning. I am very disappointed. It is very slow compared with WM6.1. Manilla.exe is using the CPU 77%-92% of time. I have a large contact list with 2550 names with a large amount of text in the contacts notes and I use exchange server with 4smartphone.net. It locks up for 1 to 3 minutes very often. I have to soft-reset to get it running again. It locks up again in 20-30 minutes again for 1 to 3 minutes. It is too slow to use reliably. Does anyone have any suggestions to get speed back?

I believe that's just the radio disconnecting as the phone shuts down. Mine does it too. I got the message in 6.1 sometimes as well. Seems normal to me. It's just that the alert that the connection was lost is quicker in 6.5 or happens sooner in the shut down process.

I believe this may be a real bug...that is if others have the same issue. My phone will no longer automatically switch to speaker phone when you place it face down on a flat surface. I have triple checked that the option is turned on in the advanced tab of Phone Settings...it just doesn't work any more. Have tried it on four different phone calls.

Also, as others have mentioned: The Facebook App will not load anybody's "wall", and the Facebook albums in the Photo Albums area will not load any pictures.

i still cant sen pix messages it says they went through but people dont receive them. can anyone help please?

Hey OP, if you want to make a useful thread why dont you monitor this thread and make a running list (with a link to useful post) of all the legit bugs that become documented.

This way, the 1st post summarizes all the real, known issues. Otherwise this is just going to turn into a giant spammy shitthread with like 50% of the posts not even being real bugs.

Just a suggestion if you want to make this thread a real life saver rather than a headache to find any useful info in. I think its a good idea to have them all in one place, it just needs some order and someone to pick out the "real" bugs and list them.

Sorry, I really don't have time to go through all them and continue to update this thread, if someone else or a moderator would like to I have no problem. I just wanted to make a place for people to post current bugs they found unfortunately a lot of the post aren't real bugs or by design.

That is understandable. I didnt really expect you to accept my nomination.

Maybe there is someone out there with the time/desire that's up the task but I doubt it.

And yet another I've discovered...

Videos that played fine in 6.1 play in 6.5 but without sound.

DVD movies & tv shows, but no sound. I use either the stock photos & videos tab or Windows Media. But now, no sound, just static.

Anybody the same?

I have the same error as well. I disabled the notification I think cause I got tired of it. So who knows where it is coming from.

I got it to work as long as the handsfree is not active. While in call you can hit the menu and turn off hands free and the speakerphone works as it should as soon as you invert and set it down.
