Whenever I tried to access NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile, I received the following Error message:

“Exclusive access to NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile is available only to Sprint customers on the NOW network. For more information visit sprint.com/speed."

I start receiving this error right after I upgraded my TP2 to WinMo 6.5. (It's been about 3 weeks now.) I have everthing data plan and have no problem in using apps that requires data plan: i.e., Opera, YouTube, Sprint Fall, Sprint Football Live, Sprint TV, and Sprint Navigation. Does anyone receive the similar error message or have suggestions to get this app working again? Thank you.

I'am having the exact same problem and get the same message when trying to open NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile. I also am not able to upgrade to the new Sprint football from Sprint NFL Mobile. When I try and upgrade it tells me that my device do's not support Sprint Football. I have tried updating my profile and that has no effect on either program. I spent an hour on the phone with Sprint Tech Support and the final verdict was to do a hard reset which I did not do for the fact that they have no Idea wheather that would fix the problem or not. Any Help would be appreciated.

Have you tried to download the Sprint Football Live cab to your desktop? Copy the cab file to your TP2 and run the cab file on your TP2 to install the Sprint Football Live. You may download the cab file from the post #6 of the following link:

Thanks for the Info and link that worked great. When I finished downloading and installing the Sprint Football Cab I deleted the NFL program. It still did not fix the problem with NASCAR. I know you are having the same problem with the NASCAR app. Is there a NASCAR cab? If so this may solve our problem. Again thanks for the help!!!!

The attached file is the NASCAR cab that I downloaded from Sprint website.

O.K., I finally get NASCAR to work now by updating data service settings in TP2. Followings are steps that I did:

1. Settings -> All Settings -> System -> Update Profile

2. Phone -> Dial ##3282# -> Edit

3. It ask you to enter for MSL code. You may follwing instructions at following post to find your MSL code:

4. Menu -> Restore -> OK

It'll reboot your device twice. When the update your data service it's done, Open NASCAR, it'll ask you to click a link to download a cab to upgrade your current version of NASCAR. Just download the cab and install it. Hope it'll work for you as well.

Does any1 get in their HTC SMS text input box area - when typing - the cursor showing 2 bars surrounding the letters being type ( as you type)?

Looks like this |x| - where the 'x' represent any letter or character being typed.

No kidding, my boss got me to install this lame-@ss ROM in his phone for him & he's been driving me nuts with stupid little bugs ever since.

The really annoying thing is, he was dead set on waiting for the "official Sprint ROM" because he figured that would get him a working HTC MMS app but Sprint couldn't that working (so why it took them so long to release the thing is beyond me).

I am tempted to sneak his phone off & install a good working custom ROM that eliminates all the bugs & not even tell him (if I used a similar theme in it I seriously doubt he would even notice it was different)
