Stealing something means taking something from me against my will. It has nothing to do with whether I know about it or not.

For example, leading people to believe that if they sign up for a two year contract an pay top dollar for their services over others that they at the end of that two years you will be able to buy a more advanced phone or device then what they got at a much much lower rate then they would have to if they didn't do all that, but then making only some of those actually qualify for this or in truth really none at all because any thing that would actually qualify as a true advancement while up front is cheaper, but in the long run is actually going to cost me a extra $750.00.

And doing all that in knowing that if I choose to not pay for that the only thing I can get if I decide to go somewhere else is something that in the end it will probably cost me almost as much or as be of no advancement.

An as well doing all that for the sheer reason that they know full well that if they don’t do this and gave the customer the choice to not do that, there is no way they can pay for some other service that this customer doesn't need nor wants.

In doing all of this, this is putting someone in a position that they are being forced to have money taking from them against their will in one way or another and that is stealing.

An btw, giving you the choice to take this or walk away from all of it with nothing is not a choice, a choice is when you choose between things of the same or equal value, an taking away any and all choices but the ones you do not want or that do not equate to that is not the definition of that.

That is called no choice.

Kinda like, I have no choice that there is anything I can do to get you to stop thinking that stealing my money is OK.
