any suggestions???? that damn sms phantom will not go away done many hard resets....even reflashed phone.....still when i install that .cab phantom appears as soon as first text shows up. i'm on sprint so and i too have latest WAR...

Only Verizon users can SEND MMS from the HTC app.

No, when you send it uses the old messaging system. Receiving is the new messaging though. This is the cleanest workaround I have found.

Do your searches, the reason why it doesn't work is an IP Address is needed.

I am just waiting for the Android project to get data working and bye bye Windows Mobile.

When I used the cab, I only got one mms to go out and only got one to come back to me. The others I sent never made it back to me or my recipients.
