hey, Call Retentions, be very polite and choose your words correctly. Find out why your mom does not want to upgrade to the everything data so that you can properly explain it to the rep who answers. If they dont give you what you want at the end of the conversation, kindly ask to speak to thier manager.

I have always and I mean always gotten what I wanted from retentions even a brand new Touch Pro 2 for free after my old TP1 broke (1st time it broke) If your polite, easy to comprehend and explain in detail why you feel they should work with you 9 x's out of 10 they will hlep you get what you want.

In the case that the rep or manager in Retentions. does not give you what you want or the answer you like just say thank you and Im not happy with the level of help I have recieved ask for the persons name and tell them you will be considering your next move and wil be notifying sprint soon. Dont mention your mother as much as you will sound like you have no control over the account.

And simply try again. The reason for talking to them like that is just to bluff and see if they will give you what you want. Call back the next day or later and you will get a new rep and a new manger.

Keep in mind that when you call sprint just ask to speak to the Retentions dept. If they ask you why tell them your having an issue and the rep at the store did not provide you with a resalution for you problem (dont give them a long asnwer as they just connect you with retentions and realy dont care).

Ill check back later just gotta run now. Good luck and I hope this works for you. Trust me it has for me and many other people with simillar problems. They want to keep you as a cusomer and retentions cares a little more about that.
