Echew, I know it's a pain, but have you tried exporting the reg edits via your registry editor to your UC folder, then hard resetting and THEN running the customizer?

Ok, its has to do with notepad... I opened the same file that resco spit out and seved it using notepad, and now it doesn't work... What the hell would notepad do to a registry file that wouldn't cause it to load on WinMo?

Try something real quick for me, under the \Windows directory, there's a file named FS_TaskMgr, run it. It's Dot Fred's Task Manager, it's what XDA uses to import reg and provxml files. In the upper right hand corner, right below the 'X' is a drop down menu, drop down the menu, and select RegEdit. In the bottom left hand corner, click the far left icon, select Import, find the reg file, and try the import. If this works, it should work with XDA, but then again, I don't use XDA, been using Sashimi since like the second or third release by Mike.

Let me know the results, and we'll see if we can't figure this b**** out.

Ok so I couldnt get this to work at all. so in phone settings under voicemail, it had my phone number, not *86, so I thought I'd try adding p1234#, there and it worked! I then went to registry and found the key: "UserProvidedNumber1"=*555-555-5555p1234# it added this string for me. All is good now works great!

Ok, importing the one I "touched" with notepad didnt effect anything. So, I exported a new version and THAT worked. So its something to do with how notepad is saving the file. I tried UNICODE and ANSI and they all have the same results. So I have no way of "editing" the reg files outside of have a whole bunch of reg files in the UC folder instead of just one... :/

Just a note, when you save indiv. reg edits with their appropriate names to the UC folder (or Sashimi, etc.), it gives you the freedom to go and delete or modify an indiv. edit without having to deal with one file.......
