Great analogy. You're absolutely right -- a lot of people at Sprint do go out of their way to help you. But there are enough problem folks that it can be frustrating. Still, Sprint is cheaper than any of the other carriers, especially if you want unlimited text, GPS, and all the other extras included. And then of course there was SERO.
