Touch Pro 2 SMS 2016 Issue Official Fix!!![Download Here]

The patch for the Touch Pro 2, Touch Pro, Touch Diamond, were posted up today. The Touch Pro and Touch Diamond Patches are up on HTC's website, but the Touch Pro 2 patch is not on their site yet. It is only available right now on a forum for Sprint employees only. I will have the file downloaded in a little while and will post up the Cab.

Update: File Uploaded

NOTE: HTC states for you to do a hard reset if you have installed the Ziggy work around before installing the official fix, but you can just uninstall it and then install this and it works just fine.

P.S. This is for stock roms not flashed roms! The first file is for the Sprint TP 2, the second is for U.S Cellular. (will post VZW when available)

Just decompiled the Diamond Hotfix.

It's a RILPHONE.dll patch, so it's legit

So if i have the ziggy fix installed i have to do a hard reset and resync everything all over again?

I'm going to read through 11 pages to see if anyone else answered this, but if you look in the cab file that is from HTC, the installer DELETES the RecvTimeStamp key in CM_Entries.xml. So, you can either uninstall my fix, delete the reg keys yourself, or go the easy way and let their installer do it for you.

To confirm this, I uninstalled Ziggy's amazing fix that got me to this point. I then installed the HTC cab. Haven't had any issues... All is well in TP2 text land for me.
