I had a couple of quick questions. I installed the HTC fix directly from their website and it seemed to work, but when I get new messages they don't show up on the TF3D screen anymore, the ticker shows 1 message and then I have to go to all messages to see the message. I cannot seem to see it on the TF3D messaging tab. The last message I received before I did the hotfix seems to be stuck on there for some reason. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Also, every time I have to try to reply to a message I have to click on the reply option to be able to do so...otherwise it takes forever if I tap the TF3D screen and try to reply directly from there. What is the fastest way to do this? Sorry I just got my TP2 and am not sure if there is already a fix for this lag...Thanks in advance!

I got Sprint's tech support on the phone & the best they could come up with was hard resetting my TP2 back to stock and installing the the "2016 hot fix" which DID fix your problem.

I'm waiting for the OFFICIAL Windows 6.xx ROM from Sprint. After that, I'm going to probably give up and FINALLY go with my 1st custom ROM.
Might ROM seems to be the best choice for Sprint TP2's.

No fix for the Snap yet, and for "thesfactor" delete all text messages that you have on the phone and you will be all set. That will fix the problem you are having.

ok, maybe I'm missing something, but I looked at all 19 pages and didn't find anything. I have a stock rom and never installed the ziggy work around and it's still tell me "incorrect device or version or previously installed. this hotfix will only support HTC Touch Pro 2 ver 1.21.651.3 . 0x40" WTF am I doing wrong?? I thought it was for the stock sprint rom....really don't want to hard reset....any ideas?

If you're running the Stock Sprint ROM, then use their fix, since my rilphone cab WILL NOT WORK. The Stock Sprint ROM is still 6.1, and the rilphone I cabbed is for 6.5. The reason I cabbed it up was for those using the ROMs posted here that are 6.5, but until their next release from the cooks, will not have it fixed. That and I wanted this feature too, since I didn't even realize I could see the time sent, VZW default, until Sci told me on 1 Jan.

Not sure, it should be working if you are running stock rom TP 2. You sure installed the right one?

Do you have a lot of memory used up on the phone, programs, pics, videos, etc...??? Do you have apps open running in the background?? If so move as much as you can to the SD card and close programs out in task manager.
