If you use a back up program and back up your pim.vol file is backs up your contacts with facebook link and favorite tab in TF3D. I use Sashimi to back up my pim file and then restore it once i flash. Like others said, sign into facebook via your contact card first, then once you restore your pim.vol file, go to the updates and events tab and hit menu and update and you're done.
