Re: Touch pro2 on Tmobile...anyone?

exactly,,if your mother get good service then u shall to..

I have nothing but good things to say bout my tp2 on tmobile.. and the service is pretty good,, just sucks at my house and everywhere else in a 15 mile radius.. but once i get to mesquite area 3g is perfect.. but i live 15 miles out in the country ( no mans land, lol ) and my wife is getting mad cause of the signal problem..

so we came back to sprint.. cause i have a tower not even 2 miles away and have alway had a great signal.. everywhere in my house..and everywhere i go..

One thing though.. i dont know how u gsm people put up with the poor call quality? with sprint and verizon u get great call quality and its clear...with att and tmobile its like stepping back in time. lol

Yeah I had never heard about the call quality difference until recently, but I barely use the phone anyway, so I probably wouldn't notice. What I had noticed with CDMA networks is that it might take you a couple days to get a text or voicemail notification on your phone. I laugh when my friends phones get a voicemail someone left them 3 days ago.

I am lucky to have a tower almost visible from my window, so I get good service at home. It's really nice to have 3G even with cows right next door. I'm moving to a different suburb of Rochester come March and I hope to have the same signal strength.

Do you notice that on speakerphone the sound is really "tinny" (gsm phones) I know my tp doesnt sound bad (sprint cdma on cricket) but my moms Dash sounds like crap!
And yeah the not getting texts or mms really irritates me! I will try n send my kids something n a lot of times they dont get it....ever grrrrr!

Re: Touch pro2 on Tmobile...anyone?

sprint plan rock! anytime anymobile give you all the unlimited to mobile beside sprint, unlimited data, sprint navigation, and sprint tv. This plan only cost you 69.99 ----Tmobile - charge 50.00 for unlimited voices and texts but you have to add data plan which will cost you extra 30. I moved away from t-mobile to sprint, beside that tmobile has the weakest signal reception. have you heard of wimax coming to sprint 2010? Wimax is a new 4g.

We've discussed this already above. WiMax is the HD-DVD of 4G networks.

Re: Touch pro2 on Tmobile...anyone?

First phone getting 4g network is LG from sprint only. It is coming very soon, i believe is somewhere in Jan.6,2010 . Sprint will soon give all 4g to all their customers on cell phone user, they already have 4g for netbook. Tmobile suck badly!!!
