Touch pro2 on Tmobile...anyone?

i thought that after reading my post lol. any unlocking voids the warranty, but it can always be re-locked. i bricked my tp2 twice today and was able to recover.

well, the big questions I have then are the following...

1. I love T-Mobile customer service and stand by it as the best. If my phone is unlocked will they provide the same customer service, including sending me a new phone at the drop of a hat?

2. How much is unlimited data and messaging with an unlocked phone?

3. What are the problems with an unlocked phone?

Yeah what he said lol. I know that with Cricket customer service is scketchy at best but usually downright crap with an unlocked/flashed phone.

1)I only have a t-mobile prepaid sim card in my sprint tp2 from a nokia 1661, so sprint is my customer service reps (whoo-hoo!).
2)you can pick your plan, you get unlimited stuff with the $1 a day plans from both carriers.
3)not too many, i bricked mine twice today and was able to recover the the elite team re-locker.

i wanted to see what benefits there were to sim unlocking this phone, my t-mobile card gets great service on my sprint phone.

Very interesting. So why get the sprint one, since the T-mobile GSM is better with the exception of the headphone jack?

well, for one, the headphone jack is suspect. use it at your own risk! 2nd, the t-mobile tp2 isn't a world phone, only sprint and verizons' can handle cdma and gsm.

not a world phone? most of the world uses GSM, and mainly the US uses CDMA so I'm not sure what you're saying
