Again, glad it works for you, but you're out of your mind if you think Sprint works like that for everyone, everywhere, and T-Mobile works like that for everyone, everywhere.

Because of your statements I know for a fact you don't travel that much or you don't travel that much with someone who has a tmobile phone. once you step your travel game up i promise you your tune will change.

Sprint's customer service would have to be REALLY bad if millions of people would rather pay for a service they can't even get than stay with Sprint.

Again, if millions of people leave T-Mobile for Sprint every quarter, I have to think they either have good service with T-Mobile or they would leave T-Mobile too. Since T-Mobile is NOT losing customers, and Sprint IS losing customers, I have to think your talk about Sprint being so superior everywhere is totally false.

Customer service issues or not, if T-Mobile doesn't even have service in somebody's area, there is no way they'd continue paying for it every month. And the fact that you keep arguing otherwise is laughable.

Again, the numbers don't back that up. Maybe that was the case 5 years ago, but T-Mobile has been pretty aggressive in upgrading their network the last few years. Sprint has focused almost entirely on Wimax and hasn't done jack with their CDMA/EVDO network.

Look ayt the milli9ons of people leaving Sprint every quarter, and the millions joining T-Mobile every quarter. Despite what you say, this would not be happening if these people could not even get T-Mobile service in their area.

Like i said earlier if you actually read, tmobile isn't stilling sprints business customers, tmobile is stealing all of sprints lower end customers that don't travel and just want the cheapest plan, marketing. Before if you wanted a nice service just as good as the rest and you had bad credit or wanted the cheap bill you would go to sprint. All of those low end customers are the ones sprint is losing to tmobile, not their tech savvy customers. Remember i wrote the majority of the US doesn't travel, so if tmobile actually works in your area and they are the cheapest and data speeds arent your concern then you should be on tmobile. The majority of the US doesn't know the difference between 4g or 3g, and tmobile is capitalizing off that.

No question Sprint makes some stupid decisions and their customer service drives people away. No doubt about it. But my point is T-Mobile would not be gaining millions of customers every quarter if their service was as bad everywhere as this dude keeps saying.

The proof is in the quarterly numbers that he keeps ignoring. I'm guessing he wouldn't be ignoring it if it supported his position. Unfortunately for him, the only facts we have to go on totally prove him wrong.

As for him citing the 5 people in this forum who agree with him, I already said we can check xda for a different perspective, or even check the Sprint and T-Mobile forums over at howard forums.

quartely sales numbers don't tell me the adverage download speeds last i checked nor do they determine dropped calls. thats why it was ignored.

If you are gonna attack what he says...at least read it. And for the love of god, please stop repeating the bold part. We get it. You've added that to almost every post.

What he's saying is that most of the customers flock to T-mob DON'T TRAVEL so they don't feel the sting of a less than stellar network. It works at home for those customers and they are good. The customer's who do travel (typically business customers) are far less likely to go to T-mobile due to the spotty coverage.

Have you seriously ever done a research paper before?
