No question Sprint makes some stupid decisions and their customer service drives people away. No doubt about it. But my point is T-Mobile would not be gaining millions of customers every quarter if their service was as bad everywhere as this dude keeps saying.
If they are gaining millions of customers every quarter, and not losing millions every quarter, then I have to assume the people staying with T-Mobile have good service.
