Re: Calendar issue when syncing
Do you have the time function set for automatic update ?
Or is the time function set to manual? What you're describing sounds like your PC and your phone have different time stamps. |

Re: Calendar issue when syncing
It’s crazy, because I just re-did all my contacts. I synced it up with Outlook 2007, and everything was good. Both the phone and Outlook had the correct information. An hour later, I look at my phone, and it’s the same thing. I try to sync it with Outlook, and it still has appointments a day earlier, but my Outlook has the right information. This is getting frustrating.

Re: Calendar issue when syncing
What's the excuse if you're syncing via Microsoft Myphone? I'm having the same issues that the OP is having, plus some contact's bithday not showing on the calendar.

Re: Calendar issue when syncing
I just got a replacement phone and it's having the same problem. I contacted HTC, and this is what they sent me....
Thank you for your inquiry regarding calendar events on your HTC Touch Pro2 device from Sprint. We understand that it is important you receive all the information to best utilize your device, Chris. If this issue coincided with the installation of a third party application, please remove the application and evaluate the result. If removal of the application appears to resolve the issue, the application is likely the cause and you should contact the application provider for further assistance. If no third party application is involved, please verify that the clock on your device is set to the correct date and time. Verify that daylight savings time is not currently enabled on your phone. Please also make sure that your computer and your phone are set to the same time zone. If you have enabled a visiting time zone, please disable it. Deliberately change the time zone on your device to a wrong time zone and then switch back to your time zone. Soft reset your phone by pulling out the stylus, removing the back cover, and using the stylus tip to press the Reset button located at the back of the device. Your device will restart and display the Home screen. Replace the back cover and insert the stylus back into its compartment. You should close all running programs prior to a soft reset, as you will lose any unsaved data. If your device's issue persists, please change the date on your device to a date prior to November 2, 2009 and then synchronize your device to your computer. Soft reset your device, return to the current date, and then synchronize your device to your computer once again. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. But unfortunately it didn't help with my problem. Can someone please help me with this issue? |

Re: Calendar issue when syncing
I found this patch.. I erased the contacts/calendar on my phone. Installed this patch and then did Activesync. Now everything seems to be working:

Re: Calendar issue when syncing
Note: Here is an updated version that someone posted in one of the other threads that I posted in. You should probably use this as it is about 8 months newer.
