Calendar issue when syncing

I have a problem when I sync my TP2 with my computer. In my Outlook(2007) all my contacts and calendar events are correct. When I sync my phone, I get some calendar events that are a day off. I’ve tried making new contacts in Outlook, and it still syncs to my phone a day earlier. Thanks for the help guys. I just got fed up with it last night and did a hard reset and inputted all my contacts one by one back onto the phone. Took about 3 hours to do. Then I deleted my .pst file for Outlook and synced the phone. So far I haven't had a problem.
