They told me the same thing. I ended up paying just to get it done sooner. I did submit a ticket but i was in to much of a hurry.

Thats what I did. I DLed it from my other computer. I'm planning on paying for the SIM unlock, but I ain't paying to unlock any replacement phones.

It's about $7 USD (4 GBP) now to unlock a phone. It's not a bad price, it's just disappointing because I have no money to pay for it right now because of the holidays.
Does the donation fee allow you to use it more than once, or is it (also) single use? |

Wow...didn't know the price went up. Donation doesn't allow you to use it more than once. You can email in for an "unlock" but that might take days. Just normally easiest to pay the money and get it over with...no matter what type of user you are. They do a great job though at unlocking, so that does have its price.
