Fastest way to unlock replacement device?

wow! i didnt know u had 2 pay again. i got a replacement device and just ran the hspl and it unlocked with no problem

Did you pay the first time? That may be the difference here.. the first round is suppose to be free, and any replacement devices are free if you contact them.

I'm about to try my other computer, wish me luck!
