I cant use Sprint TP2 oversea where 10 digit # are used! HUGH MAJOR BUG!

It is under the Hkey_local_machine->OEM->phonesetting, it is not a folder called autoprepend_1 , rather it appears in the phonesetting folder itself. Iam using PHM registry editor if that helps.
