Then answer this, if the skyfire servers render the pages first, why is there so many issues with the panning of pages!? If it did render the pages on the server then to your phone, you should have the page fully rendered when you go to the page! Logically speaking!

agreed... i love it.. i enjoy watching movies from different sites pressing play just like i am on my computer... But i am tryn to figure out why firefox cant come out with a browser that has so much built into it...n it's not a memory hog either!

Don't know the specifics, but it may only be sending the visible portion of the page. Or some other reason. There's no question that it's rendering the page on the server -- that's what lets Skyfire do things (flash) that other browsers can't do yet. I can't explain the lag precisely, but it's rendered server side.

Honestly this Skyfire is WAAAY better than that old on was. but It's still pretty slow in my experience (Rendering and panning). I would much rather use Opera Mobile (even the 10 beta works better for me) or IE6 which honestly isn't that bad a browser

the best way by far is to use a SlingBox.

I get over 200 cable channels on my phone (including HBO, Cinemax etc + all the on-demand channels) from my SlingMobile. That is one of my most used apps. I won't buy a droid at this time as it doesn't support Sling yet.

Yeah, I use hava, who is even slower than sling at releasing new mobile platforms, and that is my main reason for staying with WinMo. Not that I dislike WinMo, but the new android phone look very cool. So if either company(sling or hava) ever come out with droid software, I may switch.
