thanks that helped me get mines working. I like the new update but i dont think it will take the place of opera for me this is still slower than opera ill justkeep using it for my video sites and such the ui is a huge upgrade tho

hulu does not work here.

Unfortunately this video is not available on your platform

That said i'm almost positive hulu does not work because of prearranged agreements with carriers/hulu NOT to stream to phones. I've read this but google around. It's no surprise carriers don't want this type of bandwidth suck. Just listen to ATT whine about iPhone users bandwidth.

Anyone knows how to make skyfire go straight to the skyfire start page when activated by the slider icon(globe), after making skyfire the default browser. when i activate skyfire through programs it goes to the start page, but not when i activate by globe.

Is this really slow for anybody else??

It seems like I am staring at that checkerboard 95% of the time when I am trying to do kinetic scrolling....(this doesn't happen to me with any other browser)

I don't really see this update changing all that much, it is still the choice for flash sites but there are better/faster options for practically everything else.

I used to use it for HULU, but now that that has been blocked it is a lot less useful.

Tried loading Webkinz but I can't enter username/password. There's a blinking cursor in the box but typing text doesn't fill in the blanks.

Yeah the panning sucks bad. The text dithering is pretty bad at times but I can live with it. For now I am just using this browser for the flash and silver sites. It isn't bad for a beta but it isn't release quality IMO.

I just love how every time a new release comes out, someone immediately claims it is "AWESOME!!"

+1 and anybody who thinks this beats opera mini is nuts and or in need of an eye exam.
