yeah, i know that about the ip3g...that is why i held off from it. im not making it more that what it is...just wasn't satisfied with all that it does. some of us need more than just a pretty face, lol. luckily, the HD is the best of both worlds as it appears.

it is steve jobs idea what can the iphone do. The device itself is capable of whaever a pocket pc can do. Apple just don't do it that way. They want it to appeal to masses rather than a handful of geeks. They want to make profit. In fact, iphone is the 2nd in history with the highest in terms of sales. See, HD's processor is 528mhz. Iphone has 620mhz,accelerometer, multi touch, 2 years ago. It is really ahead of it's time.

LOL. I think U should learn how to read and understand. I said the device itself is"capable".meaning if U write a program or drivers for those things u mentioned, The device can perform it pretty well. prolly better than what U have. Then I said, Apple just don't do it that way. I hope this simple explanation can clear ur head up. i think the only false here is what ur mind tell u what I meant.

i mean to say that was just plain....stupid. if we compared every device based totally on its potential and what it CAN do (with whatever drivers/programs/scripts) there would be no end to trying to figure out which one is best. now of course we compare them to an extent on modifications, but you cant just go wild and say, well the iphone COULD do this if you only paid this much money and had this much time to sit down and write drivers. everything would be better if you said that. then suddenly winmo devices could be lightning fast, never have a hiccup, have super-smooth scrolling and KILLER INTUITIVE apps...

fact of the matter is...they dont. and the iphone cant do the things mentioned above. thats that.

not to say its terrible...it definitely has some awesome features, and was no doubt ahead of its time, but (as with most products) surely isnt near all the public makes it out to be, and isnt much of a business tool (which is the point here)

as for it being better than my device...once again. in ways. typing is WORLDS better on mine (trust me, i have 8 iPhones)...unbelievably better. i can edit office docs, i have a2dp. unfortunately, vogue has no accelerometer, is slow and unresponsive as heck, and the screen is terribly unresponsive. hence the move to the hd

Trust me, The only one that is gonna be embarr***** here is not me. LMAO!. now on with the PWNING. On the potential Issue that is neverending u said.A device is limited to it's hardware. ur Touch does not even have 3d drivers. So it will fail on 3d games right away.
On modifications, wm6, whatever amount of money U spend, it will never be as smooth as the Iphone UI and U will always be reseting because it's the way it's made. Even microsoft didn't find a way to fix that. So what modifications can U do?

The real issue here is U want a business phone. And Iphone is being downgraded for not being a business phone. It is simple. If U need a business phone and U think Iphone cannot do what U need, Stay away from it. Do not downgrade it because it does not have what U need. It is not made for U. Iphone is a phone with multimedia function. It does not have doc editing function simply because it is not used for doc editing function OK. An iphone killer is not the one that can do what iphone lack. it is not the one with bigger screen. it is the one that will stop iphones sale and beat Iphone to the sales chart.

So whatever U say, What ever ur phone can do, U still cannot match the sales ok. SO it does not make ur phone better. U hear? And Hey, use some common sense sometimes so U don't get embarrased K.
