It's fine... when the dialogue comes up, you simply put a checkmark in the "Save this password" box, and login. It shouldn't ask you for that again once its setup. There is no username or password under Sprint.

The server numbers I gave above are generic OpenDNS servers. You can change them if you like to find faster ones. The ones I know off the top of my head are 4.2.2.(1-6) Beyond that, there are thousands of open DNS servers for the taking... but the OpenDNS ones seem the fastest to me.
