If i'm not mistaken, that fix was designed for instances where you cook Voice Command into the Rom and could not hear feedback when using the BT headset (hence the reference to the windows folder).
I'm not running voice command on my mogul so i cant test it out, but whats the harm in trying (as long as you back up first!). Just point it to the Voice Command folder instead of the windows folder. Anyone down to try it? -s

It works!!!!! Really
Holy Crap it did work. So here is the deal. I know the vcbthag.dll dll file is in the program files/voice command root. But if change the following registry from
BTAGExtModule=\Program Files\Voice Command\vcbthag.dll TO BTAGExtModule=\windows\vcbthag.dll it works!!!! YAY. I just unlocked my 6800 last night as well. Now just for sprint to fix my dawm sms and I am all set. ********Upadate it worked once and then pomped out******** Bummer HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Bluetooth\Au dioGateway\ BTAGExtModule=\windows\vcbthag.dll
