The OK button doesn't map on the Mogul. I mapped the right softkey hardware button to close apps on double-click using AE Button plus.

Anyone using the new Magic Button 2.1?

http://www.trancreative.com/mb.aspx

It was a must when I had my Treo 700wx.
I am wondering how it compares to X-Button...

No, that does the same thing as the soft reset button (the button just kills the battery connection for a moment).
A hard reset is where you reformat your storage space, essentially wiping out everything and returning your device to its factory state.
Luckily since WM5 started using real storage instead of RAM, this won't happen by "accident" by taking out the battery anymore.

Funny, the folks on XDA claim its a matter of MB's with the new one. 2Mb's to be exact. Can anyone confirm the memory usage of this vs. the previous version?
I'm not going to install it if it sucks another 2mb!

I just read the thread over at XDA and it looks like only one person reporting having 2MB less ram after installing this. Before that, someone else reported that it uses a small amount of memory and most people are saying it's an improvement over version 1.5. I wouldn't go with just one person's experience saying that it uses 2MB of RAM. I highly doubt this program uses that much RAM. It's designed to help you keep RAM free so it would kinda defeat the purpose. Why not just install it and see how it works out for you? You can always uninstall and go back to the previous version.

Just installed on my Mogul. I don't seem to notice any increase in memory usage.

OK, well after installing this and testing it for a few days, I noticed my battery was draining faster than usual and this program was eating up a lot of memory. Not just 2MB more than normal. I mean a lot more. I would normally have 18-20MB free at any given time, with this program running it would go down to 10-12MB free after only a few hours. Even using Oxios to free memory would only bring it back to 15MB. There is a definite memory leak with this version and I have since gone back to 1.5 and my phone appears to be back to normal.

I ran into a problem on this version on 2 different 6800s and had to go back to 1.51. I set it to close the app when you tap the "x". However, it would also close windows when I would click the "ok" in the upper right. For whatever reason, it would close the window whether it had ok or x listed there.
